Students in the spring 2022 Critical Approaches to Place seminar collaborated on the design and production of story maps for a major group project. We used ESRI’s ‘StoryMap’ platform for this assignment. Building story maps encouraged students to explore the complexities of representing place and space through their own depiction of environments near Las Cruces, NM.
